Our aggregate flooring systems can be fitted with any of the following aggregates finishes:

 

Touchstone Coloured PVA Flakes

Suitable for broadcasting on Touchstone epoxy binding resins or using to broadcast for decorative effect on coatings and self –smoothing coatings. We stock the 3mm size in 30 colours see our colour swatch. We can also supply 1mm sized flakes to order (20 kg minimum order) same prices apply. There are 150 colours in this range all of which can be supplied to order with seven days notice.

Coverage 0.5kg / sq metre approx.

Coloured Quartz Aggregates

Suitable for epoxy and polyurethane flooring systems. The colouring system is a thin coat cold-dyed epoxy.

These are available as

  • quartz sand 0.3 – 0.6 (0.3 – 1.2mm), (0.7 – 1.25)
  • quartz stone (1 – 2mm), (2-3mm), (3-4mm), (4-6mm) and (5-8mm)

Coverage for quartz sand is approximately 10.5kg per square metre, and for quartz stone at 2-3mm stone size is approximately 12.5kg per square metre. There are many standard colours available, with special colours available on request.

Exterior Grade Aggregates

Suitable for epoxy and polyurethane flooring, suitable for outdoor applications as combined with specially chosen pigments and a UV resistant binding resin. Available in the same sizes and colours as coloured quartz aggregates.

Touchstone Marble Pebbles

A range of 19 natural colours in 1-4, 4-8 and 5-12mm. Touchstone dried marble chippings are ideal for both epoxy and polyurethane binding systems. This exclusive range of marble colours can be best seen with our professional sample case which are available from your representative. Alternatively individual samples can be requested loose or made up in various sizes.

Pearly Quartz

A high quality, light coloured, aggregate specially washed and dried to our specification. Pearly quartz is available in sizes ranging from 1 – 2mm, 2-3mm, 3-4mm, 4-6mm and 5-8mm.

 

Natural Sand

A high quality, light coloured, aggregate specially washed and dried to our specification. Touchstone natural sands are available in three sizes 0.3 – 0.7, 0.7 – 1.2, and 0.3 – 1.2mm

 

White/Black Speckle

For combining with sand screeds, these flecks are available in sizes 1-2mm.

 

Pea Gravel

Suitable for epoxy and polyurethane flooring. This is available in sizes between 1-5mm.

 

Crushed Glass

Available in sizes from 3-12mm. In colours are green, iced white, lilac, turquoise, cobalt blue and black.
