Coloured Aggregate

All of our coloured aggregate is manufactured in Rotherham, mostly to order. We have invested in new machinery which allows us to batch–mix between 25kg and 12 tonne at competitive rates. We can offer a very comprehensive service along with a high quality product at reasonable prices.

Sample cases are available for our sand, coloured quartz, pebble and marble ranges. These feature samples of our standard range of colours and are ideal for presentations. The sample boards can also be put onto our display stands for use in showrooms.

Our kiln–dried gravels and sands are especially suitable for epoxy and polyurethane flooring systems and have been used for this very purpose for over 25 years. Touchstone uses a light aggregate that produces sharp colours of high quality. The colouring system, which is a polyurethane thin coat system available in sizes 0.7–6mm, is also available; which combined with our specially chosen pigments and UV–resistant binding resin is suitable for outdoor use. These coloured aggregates are probably the most UV–resistant coloured aggregates on the market today. For sizes under 0.7mm, we use a thin coat cold–dyed epoxy which we have found to provide consistent results at economical prices for indoor work.

In addition to our standard range of colours, we also colour to the European standard RAL range and even special one–off colours and would be pleased to supply samples if required. We hope our range is of interest and should you require any help or information them please do ask.
